Samsung Gear S2, modular smartwatches, and pelvic floor exercisers: Quantifed Self weekly links
It's our one hundredth Quantified Self links post! Thanks for sticking with us on this wild ride.
Way back in the first few issues we highlighted apps and devices like To Bed for iOS, the Fitbit Force, SHADOW, and PUSH.
Products
The Gear S2 is a Tizen-powered watch that finally has a round screen and finally works with phones that Samsung didn't make. More importantly, the company dreamed up a circular interface with a neat rotating bezel that doesn't rely as heavily on taps and swipes as its competitors.
It also has a three-day battery life! (I can't believe three days is exciting. 2016 better bring some new battery tech.)
- Elvie, the smart pelvic floor exerciser

- DogSync: Keep track of caring for your dog, iOS
- Human 6: The update brings more accurate activity tracking and a WatchOS 2 app, iOS
